William Robert Jordan Sr. of Ozone, Arkansas was born on July 17, 1940 to David Jordan and Dorothy Davis Jordan in Egypt, Arkansas. He passed away on August 28, 2022 in Clarksville at the age of 82. He was an Army National Guard Veteran, a member of Salus Free Holiness Church, and a painter.
He is preceded in death by his parents David Jordan and Dorothy Davis Jordan and his sisters, Maudie Spurlock (Lowell), Lallie Blankenship (Raymond), and Thelma Becker.
He is survived by his wife, Rena Crouch Jordan of Clarksville; his son, William Robert Jordan, Jr. of Clarksville; his sisters, Bessie Fagan (Carl) of Harrisonville, MO; Virginia Worley (Hubert) of Walnut Ridge, AR; Elizabeth Tate (Jim) of Judsonia, AR; his brothers, James Jordan (Debbie) of Gainesville, MO; Doyle Jordan (Sharon) of Clarksville, AR; his grandchildren, Jessica Wood, Devon Jordan, and Ashlyn Jordan; his 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Friday, September 2, 2022 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 10 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Salus Free Holiness Church in Ozone with Brother Robert Boen and Brother David Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Josh Holt, Michael Willis, Jordan Kilough, Wesley Turner, Dale Wood, Steve Smith, Matt Pledger, and Derek Cantrell.
