Thelma Lavern Kerr was born on September 27, 1938 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Isaac and Thelma Tipton. She passed away on December 27, 2022, in Clarksville at 84. She was a member of Hedgeway Church and worked at Kerr's Grocery and HBI.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Thelma Tipton; her husband, Ray B. Kerr; her son, Steve Chrisman; her daughter, Pam Kerr; her brothers, Salis Tipton, Paul Tipton, J.D. Tipton; her sisters, Margaret Terril, Nadean Bradley, and Louise Mills.
She is survived by her sons, Allen Kerr, Jody Chrisman (Shannah), and Mark Chrisman; her daughters, Tresia Crawford (Johnny) and Linda Hardin (Jay); her wonderful sister-in-law, Carolyn Tipton; her 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitaiton is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Don Alexander officiating. Burial will follow at Hartman Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Dustin Holland, Roy Landcaster, Johnny Crawford, Jr., Michael Ragsdale, Dean Tillery, and Bobby Thomas. Honorary Pallbearers are Brannan Holland, Bill Molder, Gary Rienhart, and Darrell Terril.
