Tandy N. "Booger" Proctor of Clarksville, Arkansas was born on November 8, 1963 in Russellville, Arkansas to Perry Morris and Wanda LoRain (Allen) Proctor. He passed away on November 19, 2022 in Clarksville at the age of 59. He was a Seventh Day Adventist and logger.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his brother, Tony Proctor and wife, Helen of Ozone, Arkansas; his sisters, Terry Keylon and husband, Johnny of Lamar, Arkansas; Tanyia Ledford and husband, Gary of Clarksville, Arkansas; his nephews, Jeremy Proctor, Bo Keylon, Jared Keylon, and Jacob Keylon; his nieces, Shaina Tollison, Kelly Watkins, and Nic Snyder.
A graveside service is 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Pollard Cemetery in Dover, Arkansas with Brother Gary Ledford officiating. Pallbearers are Jeremy Proctor, Bo Keylon, Jared Keylon, Jacob Keylon, Michael Howard, and Scooter Hardcastle. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Allen, Kenneth Allen, Dalton Haynes, and Justin Haynes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or to Needy Paws Animal Shelter.
