Obituary for Rebecca Jane Phillips (Williams)
Rebecca Jane Phillips of Russellville, Arkansas was born on September 6, 1945 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She passed away on January 24, 2022 in Russellville, Arkansas at the age of 76. She was a bookkeeper and a member of East 16th Street Church of Christ in Russellville, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Donna Lee Stilley Williams and her daughter, Jessica Lee Phillips.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Dale Phillips of the home; her brothers, Terry Allen Williams of Wichita, Kansas and Timmy Bryan Williams of London, Arkansas.
A graveside service is 1 p.m., Friday, January 28, 2022 at Robinett Cemetery located at 40-58 Rodden Church Road in Brumley, Missouri with Mike Pittman officiating.
