Obituary for Ralph Cleo Adams

Ralph Cleo Adams of Hartman, Arkansas, was born on April 23, 1931, in Montana, Arkansas, to Albert Adams and Lillie Guthrie Hays. He passed away on May 3, 2023, in Hartman at the age of 92. He was a coal miner and a field technician at Cargill. He was also a member of Point Remove Primitive Baptist Church in Russellville.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mareta June Ray Adams; and his brother, Melvin Hays.

He is survived by his daughters, Debra Arlene Taylor and Treon Kay Lasiter; his brother, James Hays; his sister, Jurine Roberts; his seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023, at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

A graveside service is 2 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023, at West Mt. Zion Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas, with Brother Carl Staten officiating. Pallbearers are Matthew Lasiter, Toby Teeter, Joe Taylor, Brad Taylor, Ryan Beyersdorfer, and Brant Beyersdorfer. Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Lasiter, Bob Day, and Steve Day.
