Orley Eyns Dodge of Lamar, was born on December 19, 1927 in Ozone, Arkansas to Charley Dodge and Ellen Lamarie Doak Dodge. He passed away on March 1, 2023 in Russellville, Arkansas at the age of 95. He was a mechanic and a member of Lighthouse Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Sue Davis Dodge; his brothers, Henry Perry, Buell Perry, Loyd Dodge, Charley Dodge, and Clyde Dodge; his sisters, Jewell Henderson, Ora Bell Tumbleson, Rose Mae Galentine, Nora Pitts, Betty Jane Dodge, and Omalene Marie Goldsmith.
He is survived by his son, Michael Dodge and his wife, Terry and his sister, Polly Holben.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, March 6, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Brother William Hickman officiating and Bryan Brown speaking. Burial to follow at Lamar Cemetery in Lamar, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Darrell Lemons, Tony Nowotny, Charles Dodge, Donald Dodge, Alan Dodge, Dale Dodge, Larry Holben, and David Gainey. Honorary Pallbearers are Dwayne Dodge, Jim Damon, and Bryan Brown.
