Nancy Ruth Lewis of Clarksville, Arkansas was born on January 19, 1945 in Ozark, Arkansas to James Robert Fields and Floy Marie (Harrison) Fields. She passed away on July 27, 2022 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 77. She was a school nurse and a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Robert Fields.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Lewis, her sons, Lindsey Lewis and Preston Lewis, and her two grandchildren.

The family will hold a private remembrance at a later date.
