Louise Caroline Young-Shain was born on September 24, 1923 in Inverness, Florida to John and Pearl Graham Dalton. She passed away on December 12, 2021 in Tunnel Hill, Georgia at the age of 98. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband of 56 years, Phillip S. Young; her second husband, Martin C. Shain; her brothers, Walter (Hilda) Dalton and John (Shirley) Dalton; her sisters, Irene (Bob) Beedle, Lelah (Don) Morton and Luella (Jim) Kelley.
She is survived by her son, David L. Young and wife, Mary.
An open viewing is during business hours on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Clarksville Seventh-day Adventist Church in Clarksville, Arkansas with Pastor Carl Holland and Pastor Ray Rogers officiating. A private burial will follow at Buckhorn Cemetery in Fallsville, Arkansas.
