James Conard Villines was born on February 25, 1946 in Ponca, Arkansas to Ross Villines and Vesta (Keeton) Villines. He passed away on March 11, 2023 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 77. He was an Army Veteran, a member of Oakland Street Church, and owned his landscaping business.
He is preceded in death by his father Ross Villines; his mother, Vesta (Keeton) Villines; his wife, Betty (Hull) Villines; his brothers, Robert O. Villines, Oran Villines, and Donnie Villines.
He is survived by his son, James “Britt" Carney of Clarksville, Arkansas; his daughters, Kimberla Villines of Clarksville, Arkansas; Michelle Villines of the home; his brothers, Jackie Villines of Jasper, Arkansas; Marvin Villines of Lowell, Arkansas; his sisters, Verma Sue Ethridge of Harrison, Arkansas; Karen Mussman of Diamond, Oklahoma; his grandchild; his step-mother, Bonnie Villines; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023 before the service at Oakland Street Church located at 1200 W. Taylor Street in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Oakland Street Church with Reverend Craig Villines officiating. Burial to follow at Lamar Cemetery in Lamar, Arkansas. Pallbearers are James “Britt” Carney, Ryan Hull, Lewis Villines, Donovan Villines, Taggart Villines, and Ellis Foster, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers are James Blackston, Freddy Jackson, Robert Ham, David Hull, and Rick Mays.
