Obituary for James Earl Freeman

James Earl Freeman was born on September 30, 1934 in Johnson County, Arkansas to Earl Freeman and Anna Belle (Barber) Freeman. He passed away on December 21, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 88. He was a United States Army Veteran, was of the Baptist faith, and was a graduate of Lamar High School.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Leland Freeman and wife, Wanda.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (White) Freeman; his sons, Kevin Freeman and wife Cindy, Jeffrey Freeman; his daughters, Beverly Casper and husband, Joe, Staci Huff; his brothers, Vaughnon Freeman and wife, Charlotte and Bob Freeman and wife, Pat; his sisters, Janice Blackard and Rhonda Colwell; his grandchildren, Aaron Freeman and wife, Kaley, Brittany Pennington and husband, Jesse, Faith Freeman, Alexis Carver and husband, Jaden, and Conner Huff; his great-grandchildren, JD Pennington, Hadleigh Pennington, Indie Freeman.

Visitation is before the service from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral Services will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Michael Galloway officiating. Pallbearers are Conner Huff, Aaron Freeman, Jesse Pennington, Jaden Carver, Randy Howell, and Austin Caldwell. Burial to follow at Hagarville Cemetery in Hagarville, Arkansas.
