Hershel Ray Gilley of Hartman, Arkansas was born on May 11, 1945 in Lake City, Arkansas to William Gilley and Baye Blunt Copeland. He passed away on February 9, 2022 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 76. He was a member of Cornerstone Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, William Gilley, Jr.
He is survived by his son, Hershel Gilley, Jr. and wife, Tamara of Coal Hill, Arkansas; his daughters, Amber Cameron and husband, James of St. Joseph, Missouri, Kimberly Gilley of Harrison, Arkansas and Joanne Gilley of California; his grandchildren, Ethan (Kinzey) Cameron, Jakub (Maddie) Cameron, Braeden Gilley, Emma Cameron and Noah Gilley; his great-grandchildren, Presliee and Cameron and Hudson Cameron.
An open viewing will be held during business hours from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday, February 14, 2022 at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas with Brother Kyle Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Holman Cemetery in Lamar, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Brian Elms, Ethan Cameron, Jakub Cameron, Damien Danver, Jesse Porter and Neil Porter.
