Obituary for Harley Henry Parker

Harley Henry Parker of Clarksville, Arkansas, was born on July 1, 1931 in Carnegie, Oklahoma to King W. and May (Crooks) Parker. He was a United States Army Veteran, of the Nazarene faith, he worked as a quality control specialist at Ford Motor, and he was a firefighter. He passed away on March 29, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 91.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Alan Kurt Parker.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. (Pratt) Parker; his sons, Bradley Scott Parker and Leland King Parker; his daughter, Pamela Marie Parker; his brothers, John Parker, Charles Parker, and William Parker; his sisters, Ada Brown, Zeffer Bowen, Hazel Cumberland, and Jewel Pelts; his five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., Monday, April 3, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral Services are 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Glen Newton officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Hunt, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Don Robinson, Vernon Hostetler, Shawn Parker, Dylan Parker, and John Mancillas. Honorary Pallbearers are Larry Huff and William (Billy) Pointer.
