Charles Perry Parliment was born on September 10, 1946 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Ferris Eugine Parliment and Sylvia Marie (Blocker) Parliment. He passed away on June 17, 2022 in Jacksonville, Arkansas at the age of 75. He was a Marine Veteran, a teacher, and a businessman.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ferris Eugine Parliment and Sylvia Marie (Blocker) Parliment and his brother, Fred Parliment.

He is survived by his daughter, Joy Marie Wadley and husband, Jason Wadley; grandchildren, Anna Belle Wadley and Mary Ella Wadley; son, Charles D. Parliment and brother, Carl J. Parliment.

A memorial service is 10 a.m., Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
