Obituary for Billy Don Williams
Billy Don Williams, age 65, of Clarksville, AR, passed away on September 3, 2022. Billy was born to James “Kenneth” and Edith “Jackie” Williams, on December 11, 1956. Mr. Williams passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his country home, where he and his siblings were raised.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, James Kenneth Williams and Edith Jaqueline Williams. He is survived by his siblings and their children: Charles (Malie) Williams, (Hawaii) and his children Tony Williams and Nancy Gudalis; Carol (Dave) Stephens, (Springdale, AR) and her children Chris Asbury, Carrie Cowell, and Brandy Stephens; and Roger (Debra) Williams, (Knoxville, AR) and his daughters Holly Hough, Melissa Williams and Melissa Dillbeck; along with many other claimed nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
Billy worked for Tyson Foods over 30 years and was a great tradesman. Although Billy never had biological children of his own, his nieces and nephews were his kids. They all adored him and there was nothing he would not do for them. “Uncle Bill” spent countless summers entertaining them and taking them on unforgettable adventures. Billy truly loved people and always looked for the positive in every situation. He will truly be missed by all that knew and loved him.
A celebration of life is being planned for a future date. In lieu of cards and flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Arkansas Hospice. The family would like to thank Arkansas Hospice for providing a pivotal part of Billy’s care for many months.
