Obituary for Betty Mae Raible

Betty Mae Raible was born on January 14, 1930 in Shoal Creek, Arkansas to Joseph M. and Cecilia Tencleve Engel. She passed away on December 2, 2021 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 91. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Clarksville, Arkansas; a member of Christian Mothers Society and a member of JCRH Auxiliary.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Phillip Raible; her daughter, Donna Duewall; her brothers, Florence Engel, Gerald Engel, Bill Engel and George Engel and her sister, Margie Barnes.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Gene L. Raible of the home; her sons, Gary and Faye Raible of Clarksville, Arkansas; Mike and Doris Raible of Van Buren, Arkansas; Chris and Donna Raible of Coal Hill, Arkansas; her daughters, Susan and Milton Nordin of Lamar, Arkansas; Liz Parks and Jeff Arnold of Lamar, Arkansas; her 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Funeral Mass is 2 p.m., Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Clarksville, Arkansas with Father William Wewers, OSB officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Clarksville. Pallbearers are Jedediah Nordin, Samuel Nordin, Phillip Raible, Phillip Duewall, Trenton Parks and Eric Raible.
