Argus Glenn Acord of Clarksville, Arkansas was born on July 6, 1960 in Oark to Otty Acord and Anna Acord Willis. He passed away on May 17, 2022 in Fayetteville at the age of 61. He worked for Union Pacific Railroad and Clarksville Light and Water and he was a graduate of Oark High School.
He is preceded in death by his father, Otty Acord and his son, Chad Acord.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Acord; his son, Blade (Ashley) Acord; his step-sons, Jimmy Edwards and Tony Edwards; his brother, Billy (Connie) Acord; his mother, Anna Acord Willis; his sister, Mary (Jerry) Birkhahn and Anita (Houston) Pitts; his unborn granddaughter, Haisleigh Skye.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville.
Funeral Services are 10 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the Hardwicke Chapel with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating.
He is preceded in death by his father, Otty Acord and his son, Chad Acord.
