Alma Darlene Stepp was born on September 16, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri to Lee Roy Stokes and Roberta June Clark Stokes. She passed away on November 5, 2022 in Hartman, Arkansas at the age of 69. She worked for Singer and Tyson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee Roy Stokes and Roberta June Clark Stokes; her husband, Marvin Stepp; her brother, Jimmie Leon Stokes; her sisters, Gladys Stokes and Ann Stokes; and her grandson, Randy Stepp.
She is survived by her son, David Earl Stepp of Hartman, Arkansas; her daughter, Mechelle Dawn Stepp Vannoy (Gene) of Hartman, Arkansas; her brother, H.R. Stokes of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her sisters, Linda Miller of Raytown, Missouri and Patty Stokes of Hartman, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Kelsey Stepp, Marlee Stepp, Scott Vannoy, and Gina Murdock; and her six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2022 at the Hardwicke Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Knoxville First Baptist Church in Knoxville, Arkansas with Reverend Richard Snyder officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Dennis Stepp, Alan Hill, Russell Stokes, Sam Stokes, Russell Murdock, and Kelsey Stepp. Honorary Pallbearers are Ricky Jo Pelts and Scott Vannoy.
