Albert Eugene Simmons, Sr. born on November 17, 1955 to Rhea V. (Richards) and Charles W. Simmons in Olean, New York. He was married to Kathleen D. Vossler on June 20, 1976 in Myrtle, Pennsylvania.
He loved his family and the Great Outdoors. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, gold prospecting, and collecting coins and stamps.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Karen Barksdale and Brenda Simmons, Uncles and Aunts.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Simmons, his three daughters, Christina (Aaron) Loftis, Cynthia Simmons, Candace (Jeremy) Hazel; his two sons, Charles W. Simmons and Albert E. Simmons, Jr.; his two sisters, Sherry (Gordon) Irons and Darlene (Ralph) Weaver; nine grandkids, Andrew S. Simmons, Alexis (Joshua) Einert, Tristen M. (Junior) Moore, Dalton L. Simms, Ethan W. Simmons, Natalie E. Simmons, Trevor J. Simmons, Douglass J. Hazel, Jessie J. Hazel; three great-grandkids, five step-grandkids, 2 step-great-grandkids; one aunt and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
